Italiano Meat Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Brown hamburger. Add green pepper and onion to the hamburger. Drain liquid.

Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer for ten minutes

Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese evenly over bottom of the pie shell

Layer 1/2 of the sauce/hamburger mixture over the Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle one cup of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce/hamburger mixture

Layer the rest of the sauce/hamburger mixture over the the mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese over the sauce/hamburger mixture

Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the pie

Return to oven until the cheese melts and turns golden brown, to your liking (about 5 to 7 minutes)
