First time making this bread. Loved that they puffed up, like a balloon! The extreme puffing occurred when I prematurely flipped the bread over after approximately 30 seconds and then flipped them over again after about another 30 seconds. I decided that I liked them this way, like a pocket pita. The family loved them with Indian chicken curry.

Delicious pot stickers! They taste exactly like restaurant pot stickers. My son loves them and asked me to make them again; so off to the store I went to buy more ground pork! I closely followed the recipe; the only thing that I changed is the method of rolling out the dough in order to make the process quicker. I used my pasta maker to thinly roll out sheets of dough and cut 3 1/2-inch circles with a round cookie cutter. With this method, I was able to make 48 pot stickers.

I made this homemade spinach pasta 3 times in the past 3 weeks since the family loves it that much! I used it twice to make tortellini and once shaped as garganelli. I always follow the recipe as written and it comes out perfect everytime. I will continue to make this pasta without any changes.

Beautiful and delicious pasta -- a crowd pleaser and impresser (in quarantine terms: gifting to friends and family)! I used this recipe to make 82 beet tortellini stuffed with seven types of cheese. I've had to use all 00 flour as I discovered that my semolina flour had expired. The only other change that I made is roasting the beet instead of boiling it since I prefer the taste and smell of roasted beets.

My husband and son love this recipe! My son is a picky eater and he gobbled these up! He and the husband asked me to make more, so I suppose that this would be a staple at our house -- good thing that these tortellinis freeze well. I can make large batches at a time on weekends to freeze and make on busy week nights. I used the homemade spinach pasta dough recipe on this site and the end result was amazing.
