Add a few pieces of pineapple, mango, onion, and tomato. Drizzle with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Fold the sides up around the shrimp mix to make a packet. Then flip upside down onto another sheet of aluminum foil. When you begin cooking on the barbecue, place the folded side down first. Cook 15-20 minutes (depending on the heat of your barbecue) then flip to folded side up. Cook an additional 15-25 minutes. Packets are done when the shrimp is pink and the onions tender. Remove cooked shrimp mix and plate with your favorite rice and steamed green beans for a yummy, healthy meal. I Made It Print
