This is a great recipe. The only change I made was to dredge the beef in the flour prior to cooking in the oil. This created a tasty crust and helped with the thickening. Thanks for sending this recipe out.

Crunchwrap Casserole

This is a great recipe. I have made it twice (One with ground Turkey and once with canned Chicken) and both times my family asked for more. It is far easier than trying to copy the Taco Bell individual Crunchwrap recipe. Thanks for a great recipe.

Homemade Beef Stew

Excellent recipe that you can easily tweak based on your tastes. The second time I made it I added some chopped Bell Peppers that went together well with all the other ingredients. Thanks for the recipe.

Crispy General Tso's Tofu

This is a great starter recipe. I added some chopped garlic (with the green onion) and doubled the red pepper flake to make it a bit more spicy. I will definitely make it again.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

These Chicken fingers turned out fantastic. As others noted I also added a bit of paprika and additional garlic but other than that I followed all steps. My son who never wants my homemade Chicken came back twice to fill up his plate.
