This is now my go-to seasoning for chicken. In fact, I've even put it into an empty paprika shaker so I always have it on hand. Throw in some potatoes, carrots, whatever veggies for a delicious one dish meal. Make as directed for perfect chicken thighs. I've also used this seasoning for beer can chicken, as a rub on the grill... it's great all around!
