Hot Chilli

This was OK. It just didn't have the flavour punch I was looking for. The raisins were the best part as they added a little touch of sweetness.

Sorry I did not really like this. The coconut milk made the chicken go a funny texture. There wasn't really much flavour and the coconut on the outside browned quicker than the breadcrumbs. Not one for us I'm afraid.

So good! I used real ham cut into chunks as I don't like Spam. Great accompaniment to my beef stir fry.

I had some trouble with them crumbling after the first bake when trying to slice them. But I think they may have been too soft & the shape not quite flat enough. Anyway squished them back into shape & baked again. Turned out good in the end and tasted great. My first attempt at Biscotti so will definitely try again.

I added some stock to the baking pan so that the lamb didn't dry out too much during the long cook. Turned out beautifully. Great flavours and so easy for a big group.

Delicious! One of my favourite things to eat. I always order it if it's on a menu. Never realised how easy it was to make at home. Now I have to stop myself from making it every week.
