I thought it might end up being too sweet for our liking but it was perfect as written. I highly recommend! I planned on serving this with zucchini but my store was out so I did yellow squash instead. A green veg would be better to add more color but this rating is for the chicken and I give it a 5! I used sweet potato fries because I had them on hand and the sauce was a great dip for them. I also used a sweet onion instead of the green onion and it turned out fantastic! Helpful (4) Famous Butter Chicken 03/13/2011 I made this last night and it was amazing! My husband commented that it was the most tender chicken he had ever eaten. I followed some of the suggestions and threw in some fresh Parmesan cheese and extra spices in with the crackers. I'm adding this to my recipe collection.
