This is a favorite holiday dish at my house. It is very elegant and incredible yummy, not to mention easy! Everyone is always impressed and my children beg me to make it year round!

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.

  • Dip each flattened chicken breat in Italian dressing. Place some stuffing in the center of each breast and roll up. Roll the breasts in the leftover poultry crumbs and place in the baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs and dressing on top. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Lower temperature to 300 degrees.

  • While chicken is baking, mix and heat the sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat. After 40 minutes pour this mixture over the chicken breasts and bake another 20 to 30 minutes (until chicken is fully cooked through) in the now 300 degree oven. Remove and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
