Sounds delicious. Evidently, some commenters misunderstood the directions. Start with 10x18 rectangle, add butter as directed, letter fold and roll out into another 10x18 rectangle and add pecan mixture. Roll into a log and cut slices to bake.

The recipe doesn’t match the description. It’s supposed to be Mini Cornbread Puddings. Where’s the whole kernel corn and sour cream?

I make a similar recipe but easier. Cook the noodles, sauté the onion, brown the beef, add cream of mushroom soup and half a can of milk. Stir together. Add drained noodles and keep stirring. Add 8oz sour cream and stir until heated.

I like the idea of using pepper jelly. Mix tomato sauce with with Worcestershire sauce and a bit of brown sugar. Add the pepper jelly to that. Two pounds of ground beef is way too much. Cut that in half. I like a packet of instant oatmeal in the meat mixture. Use half of the sauce mixture in the meat and the remainder as a topping. Cook this baby in the microwave for about 12 minutes.

Ditch the onion and add chopped apple

I like fried but not with green peas. It might work with another vegetable. Maybe cauliflower.
