Delicious! I made the recipe as stated and it was so darn good. It is rich, so smaller portions are perfectly fine. We loved it and I will make this recipe again. Next time I might experiment with portobello mushrooms in this recipe. It is a keeper.

Delicious! I made this recipe as written and made another as written plus cinnamon. Both were soooo good. The cinnamon is about personal taste. It is a decadent pie and is quite sweet. I like to serve it ala mode or with whip cream. Pies are always a hit! This is a go-to recipe for me now.
