First, I made the recipe exactly as written except I did not have bok choy, so I used more greens and cabbage. I've never cooked with dandelion greens, and this was a great way to use them! The filling was delicious. I made a half recipe also and it made at least 40, I lost count. Where the instructions are lacking is in the cooking. Be sure to use a nonstick pan! My first batch totally stuck to the bottom of the pan and I had to scrape pieced of them out. Also, if you're using nonstick, be sure to use less oil. Even after using much less oil these turned out pretty greasy. It's not really possible to drain on paper towels since they will stick. That was really the only downside; this recipe is time consuming but with a very good result.

This was very tasty. I thought it had plenty of flavor. We enjoyed it with crackers, but I can see it being great on lots of things, even as a salad dressing if you thin it!
