I did add cinnamon to the brown sugar and margarine sauce mix. I also did not add raisins or nuts Helpful (1) Lynn Dudar Hagan reviewed lindsay pruitt’s Instant Pot Pork Loin in Cranberry-Dijon Sauce. 07/12/2019 I did not put in fresh sliced onion or onion soup mix. I used about a tsp of dried onion bits, 1 tbsp of regular mustard and most of a can of cranberry sauce. My roast was only a bit over a pound. I pressure cooked it on high for 9 minutes; let it release and then gave it another 9 minutes. I am sure it was cooked after the first session, but wanted it a bit more tender. The sauce cooked down with no cornstarch with about 7 minutes on Saute set at medium. It was a hit with my fairly picky other half who never eats cranberries! Next time I make it will likely be with a home canned cranberry-orange sauce I make when the berries are in season. :) Helpful (0) Lynn Dudar Hagan reviewed iggytakahashi’s Banana Chocolate Chip Bread. 07/10/2019 I had a lot of bananas and made a double batch - 1/2 with a cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 with a cup of chopped pecans. I did not put in the cinnamon, but did add about 1 tsp vanilla. I cut the sugar back by about 1/4 total; next time I will cut it down to 1/2...likely from the chips, but we found it a bit too sweet. It baked in about 75 minutes and turned out lovely. I will make again. It is a more affordable version of a nice addition for a cup of coffee. Helpful (0) Ratings & Reviews 17 see all Maple Pecan Shortbread Squares 01/02/2022 I doubled the recipe. They are a keeper!
