This recipe is a keeper! It reminds me of the hams that my Mom used to make when we were kids. And of course, you need the cloves, pineapple rings and cherries too!!

This glaze was so easy and just as good as the name brand one I usually buy at the deli. I didn't need much glaze, so I just started with a 1/4 cup of brown sugar & added Dijon mustard until it was the right consistency. Perfect. Easy.

Simple and tasty! As suggested in another review, I added a couple dashes of hickory smoke and a tsp of cloves. I used 2 heaping spoonfuls of dijon mustard with the brown sugar and slathered it all over the scored ham and continued to baste as the glaze melted and blended with the ham juices. Once the ham reached temperature I continued the basting under the broiler and it came out beautifully! I added a bit more dijon to the juices to make the gravy because I enjoy the flavour. Turned out excellent!

I only had 1/2 cup brown sugar so I substituted the other 1/2 cup with honey and then used Grey Poupon, cooked it until all sugar was blended and OMG…Incredibly delicious!!!! Thank you for this amazing recipe even though I tweeked it!
