Great Recipe! I made this twice, on our pellet grill. Both were excellent, I used a better pan the second time because the flimsy disposable pan was a nightmare. Do plug the top cavity with a potato! Do drink 1/2 the beer and load up the can with all the fresh herbs! While prepping, separating the skin and adding butter herb mixture will keep the meat nice and moist. This is a great Fajita marinade! definitely a keeper! I added a few more spices, some cumin and a little coriander, extra cayenne for a little bit more heat, and instead of water, I used beer. it turned out amazing! Thanks for sharing

Super good, and It's quick and easy. I'll be making this again. I didn't have regular cocoa so I had to use 100% dark cocoa, and creamy peanut butter. Turned out fantastic!

What a great recipe! Because I'm whimpy about spicy stuff, I did cut back on the cayenne pepper just a smidge, and added more of the chili powders, I seasoned the cubed meat with salt and pepper, then I used my instant pot and seared the meat in a little olive oil first, then sauteed the onions and garlic, then added the dry seasonings. I set the pot to manual for 15 minutes and then let it natural release for 10 minutes. Turned out really well.

Wow, very time consuming, but the end result is worth it! I have never had any leftovers when I take these to a party, and they go fast. Too fast.

These turned out perfect! I followed the recipe as it was, with the machine, and also made a batch using the traditional method, and it didnt matter, these are foolproof. Very good!

Good hearty soup! This made alot so I froze the leftovers. It froze well, I did add a little milk and a little more salt and pepper than the recipe called for, it was a little bland. I would make it again

You cant go wrong with this dish! I served about 5 adults, if you have more people I suggest doubling the recipe. I tried it with ham also, and it turned out fine, the bacon is the best. I took the suggestion of frying the bacon first, for a crispier bacon, and sauteeing the onions in the bacon grease, this turned out really well.

This has awesome flavor, and it's quick and easy to make. The leftovers (if you have any) are even better. My husband took the leftovers to work and shared it with his buddies, and they all wanted the recipe.
