I had 2 dip recipes choices and couldn't decide so I mixed them together . Blt dip meet beer dip! I added a cup of mayo and a container of sour cream and fried bacon as well. Holy it kicked this up a hundred notches . It's an even bigger hit than the plain beer dip which is pretty great . It does need a night to marry a second night is even better ! I also made home made pretzel bites to accompany . Can you say yum!!! I call it Crack dip !!!

So good I can't believe I made them . I used imperial margarine as I only had 1stick of butter . I've used impetus for shortbread in the past and it's a great substitute when my butter is low . I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi -sweet. Turned out amazing . Perfect shape , consistency and flavour !!! Best I've had and again I'm shocked I made them :)

This was so simple and delicious. I'm making it again today to go with vegetarian chili for a large group :)
