And also, we have to use gluten free pasta which could have changed the texture.Overall, this made way too much. Great for a church picnic, but not for feeding my family (of seven!) We had leftovers for daysssss. I would cut this in half. The flavor was pretty good, just subtle. I enjoyed it more than anyone else. It was a little dry, and while I added extra ingredients to sauce it up a bit, I never really achieved saucy pasta. Maybe that would have been different in the instant pot. I don't make it spicy, it's very easy to sub vegetables, increase spiciness, etc. Great weeknight recipe and even my kids like it. I used gluten free tortillas and they turned out FANTASTIC. We will definitely make again soon. I found that less time was needed in our air fryer. My first batch was pretty crispy (but still delicious). Helpful (0) heatherh reviewed Teresa Shields’s Garlic Chicken Stir Fry Recipe. 07/05/2021 I thought this was okay. None of my family enjoyed it, though. I decreased sugar to 1 tbl and if I ever make it again, I'll omit the sugar altogether. Instead, I'll add red pepper flakes to give it a little heat. But I probably won't repeat this meal.
