I coated a sauce pan with organic butter, then ever so lightly browned 5 pieces of Honey Maple Smoked Bacon, then browned the surface of the ham in the buttered bacon gravy. I topped ham with 1 tbs. minced California garlic. I then placed the bacon straddling the top of ham and continued the recipe.
