  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  • In a large bowl, toss together popcorn, Shreddies, and peanuts.

  • In another large microwavable bowl, melt butter and peanut butter in microwave for 1 minute.

  • Add marshmallows and microwave for 1 minute more.

  • Stir in cereal mixture, mix until well coated.

  • Pour onto 2 greased 10x15" pans.

  • Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Cool.

  • Break into small pieces.
