My first time making buttercream and it is perfect! Instead of vanilla, I put lemon curd. I followed tips from reviews and let butter cream for 5 or more minutes initially and after each ingredient addition. It turned out very creamy and delicious.

The combination of flavors make this a very tasty dish. I had to supplement the fresh spinach with some frozen but it still came out very good. I only have a few recipes with eggplant and this is the first time I combine it with pasta. I'm so glad I came across this recipe. I will definitely be making it again.

Very good! I used a little bit less pasta and canned Alaska sockeye salmon. A family member doesn't like tomatoes so I didn't put any fresh ones but managed to hide some dried tomato bits. I will definitely add this recipe to my collection.

These cookies were a hit with my family. They were gone the same day. Instead of 3/4 cup confectioners sugar, I used 1/4 cup confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup Swerve (erythritol) sugar substitute.

Delicious, it was a hit even with picky family member. I was looking for different tuna recipe, a new take on the traditional, and I’m so glad I chose this one. I adjusted the recipe to 2 portions but I’m not sure it worked OK because I ended up with one portion. Next time I will put a little more of everything per tuna can.

Delicious! I could not stop eating this. This is the second time I have prepared/eaten bok choy and I’m glad I tried this recipe for grown bok choy since the large variety is easier for me to find that the baby bok choy. I read the reviews about too much or too sweet sauce but decided to follow recipe and turns out I liked it like it is. If I make a change the second time I make this, it will be to reduce the soy sauce a little bit.
