Great to throw together last minute or when you don't feel like cooking. I added some onion but pretty much stuck with the recipe. Good stuff. Didn't have a lot of veggies on hand but this made a great little burrito with shredded cheese and mango salsa wrapped in a tortilla. will definitely make this again.
