I have never made chicken Parmesan and this was SO easy. My chicken was juicy and crunchy plus the cheesy goodness. YUM!! I served it over zucchini noodles for me & hubby and over thin spaghetti for our son. My son said this ‘slaps’, which means it’s one of the best things he has ever tasted. Thanks!
