After 4 days, I drained off the hooch (amber liquid at the top) and a little of the starter. I replaced it with 1/4 cup water, 1/4 water and a teaspoon of sugar. I did that on day 6 as well. First successful bread I have made without a bread machine. Turned out great. Followed the recipe as is except I forgot the salt and I used about half a cup of flour to help in the kneading process.
