We loved this recipe! I did increase ALL of the spices, otherwise it was good “as is!”

For our family, we wanted more spice. I baked the pumpkins (cut in half in the shell w/seeds) because the oven cooks and evaporates excess moisture. Pie at room temp was a bit soft, but once refrigerated was A-OK.
