  • Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg and herbs in a bowl

  • Form your ground turkey mix into small sized meatballs or however big or small you like.

  • Fry meatballs in a pan on medium heat until coloured on the outside.

  • Once coloured, add pasta sauce (as much as you like, some prefer more sauce, some not) and reduce the heat on the hob to simmer and cook the meatballs. (Cook for a further 10 minutes)

  • You can open up a meatball to check the meat has cooked all the way through just to be sure

  • Add oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to sauce and mix

  • Serve with some pasta of your choice and best topped with Parmesan

  • Enjoy your dish :)
