We are garlic people, so I added 4 cloves of garlic. Always a fan of rosemary! Pork chops came out nice and juicy, they will be served with cauliflower rice and sautéed mushroom. Quick and easy dinner with ingredients that I always have on hand.

I made this with my 5 & 12 year olds. I doubled the amount of vanilla extract that the recipe calls for. The dough was easy to work with, a little sticky. Because doing it with kids, the cookies were a little big and not uniform in size, thus they ran together while baking. I also cooked them for 12 minutes since they were so big and thick. Once I took them out of the oven, I let them cool for 2 minutes then used a pizza cutter to gently cut them apart, as you can see, not the best shapes. We plan to decorate them with icing and sprinkles once they cool. I will say they are not very sweet though, hopefully the icing and sprinkles will fix that. I do plan to try this again, and maybe use a little more sugar than the recipe calls for to make them a tad sweeter.
