Was an easy and nice switch from blah mayo recipe. I also subbed roasted red pepper for reg red pepper/ I also used the Dijon to taste instead of the req'd amount. It was delish!

So simple,so delightful. You can add anything and I even used this as a salad dressing. I have substituted the sugar for Agave. I really loved that it was all homegrown and homemade. Next I tried honey instead of sugar and worked so much better. I love this recipe. Thank you
