Made this on our ski trip. Coulda’t find a red chili so used a jalapeño instead. It combined well with the chives lemon and tomatoes. Like a subtle pico de gallo. I marinated 2 snapper filets in lemon juice and then with the soy- sherry broth mixture for about 45 minutes. It's a keeper for sure!
