I mostly followed the recipe. I will say that the chili/bean paste listed as optional seems silly. How could be Korean BBQ without the most important ingredient?!?!

Let me qualify my review with the understanding that although I do a lot of cooking for me, my family and often times extended family with repeat request for my cooking (assumably not out of pleasantries) that this recipe is fantastic and easy with the most important part - flavorful!

Fantastic. Admittedly I added sesame oil, sesame seeds and a few tps of crushed red pepper. My additions are more my suiting. But the over all product was very tasty.
