BBQ Dad

I used this bike for out Thanksgiving turkey this year. I did add some thyme and bay leaves. Soaked the bird for about 10 hours then into the pellet smoker for about 6 hours. It was awesome! Turkey was moist, smokey and flavorful. Will definitely use this again.

This is a great tuna casserole recipe. The french fried onions turn a frumpy comfort food dish into a fancy comfort food dish. My boys like the old potato chip topping but either way, a great go to recipe.

Made it for Thanksgiving today, used french style beans, cause that's how I remember it as a kid, and it was a perfect blast from the past. My 9 year old loved it so it will definitely get made again.

This is great green chili on it's own or over top of whatever you like, a go to for sure. I have made it with and without the tomitillos, we like it without.

We made these eggs following the recipe with a few "tamed" jalapeños as suggested. They were good, not great, but a good start for sure. We will use this recipe again with a few small additions.
