August 2024 Great flavors I would put the duck in for approx 6 mins. Also, watch the chilli powder u add...... Remember u have cayenne and black pepper on the duck already...... Everything else, go with the measured amounts, maybe a little more stock.....f Helpful (0) Allrecipes Member reviewed Ollie Martin’s Duck with Honey, Soy, and Ginger Recipe. July 2024 Easy to follow A keeper! I changed it by sautéing garlic before adding the stock etc. but that’s personal taste and served it with rice. Easy to follow Crowd-pleaser Family favorite Me and my son absolutely loved this, I only used 1 tbs of soy sauce as the taste can be strong. The honey and ginger were so delicious together. I just wish I had more sauce, it was so good 🤣. We had it with creamy mashed potatoes (cooked with 1/2 a stock cube and mashed with a dollop of cream cheese instead of butter) and a side of steamed mixed vegetables. So so yum!!! I cooked Mountain ducks breast halves and I reduced the pan fried time to 2+1min and used a fan forced oven at 180 Celsius for 9-10 minutes.I sided with vermicelli noodles and roasted veggies and a nice glass of South Australia Shiraz Helpful (0) Allrecipes Member reviewed Ollie Martin’s Duck with Honey, Soy, and Ginger Recipe. 06/11/2023 Helpful (0) Amber Moser reviewed Ollie Martin’s Duck with Honey, Soy, and Ginger Recipe. 03/05/2021 I am not a fan of duck but this sauce made it very enjoyable. Also was unable to chop it coursely so it a little watery. Otherwise very nice. Alterations I would make another time: chop a little more coursely, remember salt, add a little less sugar and reduce the celery seeds. I used it in a chicken wrap (recipe also from this site) and was amazed at how much nicer it tasted as a result! Helpful (6) Spinach and Pasta Shells 06/29/2009 Good recipe, very simple and tastey. I added some chopped bell pepper to the garlic to give it a little more body. Was going to add some ragu, but decided it didn't need it. Used fresh spinach from the garden. A great, lunch and ready in 5 minutes.
