These cookies were traditionally made during the Christmas Season and I think are Swedish in origin. They are labor intensive but so worth the time! Perfect dunked in coffee or milk on a cold winter's morning!

  • Cream first 3 ingredients together.

  • Mix eggs into creamed mixture.

  • Mix all ingredients well and place into a cookie press.

  • Press cookies onto a cookie sheet in long ribbons.

  • Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes on clean non-greased pan.

  • Cookies should be removed from the cookie sheet before they cool and become hard and stick.

  • (Pan should be cleaned and cooled for each batch baked.)
