Perfection! Made just as the recipe is written. My 8 year old son thought he didn’t like squash anymore until I prepared it this way!

So I followed the directions to a T and after 8 hours on low my pork shoulder was no where ready to be shred. I had to cut it up and put it in a pot on be stove with the cooking liquids and the bbq sauce. Disappointed.

Family loved it! I obviously added black olives to half because I’m a fan and my husband and son are not. I also added a can of diced tomato and I shredded the chicken (using the mixer/beater method-it’s soooo easy!) used half the taco sauce in the mixture and half just on the top. We used whole wheat flour tortilla wraps and added a dollop of light sour cream. Delicious!

This is just what I was looking for, restaurant quality! The only change I made was leaving out the Rosemary, but only because I was out!
