Like some of the reviews suggested, I used fresh mushrooms (white button and cremimi). I didn't have one full cup of sherry so I used to white wine to make up the difference. As suggested in one of the recent reviews, I didn't cook it as long as suggested. I took it out 10 minutes early. Helpful (0) Curried Honey Mustard Chicken 02/23/2016 Its ok, More sweet than spicy. Just for my own taste: Use 1/4 cup of honey instead of 1/3. Use a generous pinch of cayenne for the extra heat. After 10 minutes remove lid/cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes Serve with Basmati rice Helpful (0) Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops 02/23/2016 I used a Cholula Chili and Garlic hot sauce because I couldn't find chili paste (I like spicy and garlic so I put a little extra in). I used PC brand Ontario Peach Fruit Spread. The pork was moist and flavourful. I might caramelize some onions with it, the next time. Served with Basmati rice. Very simple recipe.
