This is so delicious and it fills your house with the most tempting aroma. I love this. I use a few boneless pork shoulder ribs instead of a whole and I also don't flip them half way through. This is my new favorite recipe!

I have never made collard greens before and these were awesome!!! Even our family friend who grew up in the south said they were great.

This is a great recipe for the over abundance of squash my summer garden produces!

with a few additions, this was so good. i added a can of cream of mushroom soup and some worcestershire (to taste). i browned the meat and onions then mixed everything in crockpot and cooked for a few hours on low. yum.

Wow. I was skeptical of the mixture at first but this was delicious. I added some potatoes and carrots to the crockpot towards the end and it was perfect. My non-meat eating toddler even liked it. Will add to my monthly meal planner.
