This Caesar dressing is easy to make and better tasting than anything I have found in a store. It has kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container but I normally finish it off way before then. In a matter of minutes you will have freshly made dressing with a great flavor and only one thing to wash! Definitely a crowd pleaser at my house!

  • Put all the ingredients (except cayenne) in a food processor. Blend for about a minute, until you reach a smooth consistency. Add additional salt and pepper to taste, and a pinch of cayenne (if you want a little kick) and blend another 20 seconds to mix well.
