Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever

First time making butternut squash soup and it tasted amazing. It was like a bowl of fall. I will be making this again very soon!

Made this today with half the garlic suggested. Added sweet roasted red peppers. Turned out delicious. Will never buy store bought again.
