My husband and I both give this one a thumbs up! I made it exactly as per the recipe and cooked it as instructed. It is delicious and easy to prepare. I served it with risotto and a Caesar salad and it was a really nice dinner.

This salad was okay. I followed the recipe and the dressing came out very thin and watery. I drained the tortellini and the broccoli pretty well. The dressing had a good taste to it but overall it was disappointing.

I will definitely make this again. I followed the prep part exactly. The only thing I did differently was to sear the meat and sauté the vegetables the night before and refrigerated it overnight. I put it in the oven the next day when I got home from work, and cooked it according to the directions. It is so good! My husband and I both loved it. My husband added a little flour and water mixture to make a little more gravy and it was the perfect touch, we did not need to anything else or change anything. Great recipe Chef John!!
