I will make it again. I added plain pasta and a sprinkling of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to make it a complete meal.

I made the cookies according to the recipe and loved texture and taste. I just had to watch my oven carefully. I didn't walk away. It turns out I had to pull out my cookies at 7 minutes instead of 8 minutes, which was the minimum bake time. They turned out great.
