Jayne Doe reviewed ReboobyQ’s Crustless Caramelized Onions and Cheese. 12/31/2020
Absolutely delicious. I made in an 8x8 pan, increased eggs to 5, and used mozzarella and a combo gruyere/white cheddar. Used canola oil pan spray and a light dusting of flour. Had no problems with sticking. Garnished with more caramelized onions and chopped parsley. Loved by all! Easy to make, but the caramelized onions and variety of cheeses really make it an impressive dish.

Simply delicious! Have made per recipe numerous times. Always produces a perfectly flavorful, tender steak with just the right amount of heat. Great on its own or in fajitas.

Jayne Doe reviewed SHANOU’s Chicken Marsala Florentine. 12/27/2020
I have made this many times. It always turns out great! Have used regular white mushrooms instead of portobellos, made without sun dried tomatoes, and without spinach at times, just depending on what I have on hand. Also have added a bit of half and half to pan at end of cooking, which results in an even richer, more decadent sauce. Simple, yet absolutely delicious. Looks and tastes like a sophisticated meal you would order at a high end restaurant. This one’s a keeper.

Made per recipe, except added a bit more cheese. The horseradish adds just the right kick, without being overpowering. Delicious!

Jayne Doe reviewed NATALIESMOM’s Amazingly Good Eggnog Recipe. 12/31/2019
This recipe has become a holiday tradition in our house. It’s important to make a day in advance, which will give the spices time to infuse into the eggnog. We prefer it a bit less “eggy,” so I reduce the eggs to 7-8. We find it very sweet when made per recipe, so reduce sugar by 1/2, using 3/4 cup. It’s still plenty sweet. Also, I add the alcohol to individual servings, so those who don’t imbibe can enjoy. Great with honey flavored Jack Daniels.
