March 2024 A keeper! Great recipe. I did make some changes though. Being Italian I don't use pre-mixed spices - some spices in the pre-mixed "Italian Seasoning" are too perfumy (Basil, Oregano and Marjoram are all perfumy to add all 3 of them in my opinion - I use only Oregano, Parsley, Garlic and a small dash of Thyme plus salt [no pepper]). I also upped the amount of Parmesan cheese, quadrupling it. Made my own sauce as well. Oh geez, it looks like I changed the recipe alot but actually just adjusted the spices and made my own sauce.
