  • Cream powdered sugar into the cream cheese. Stir the marmalade into the mixture. Set aside

  • Butter a deep 9 x 13 baking pan. Make "sandwiches" out of 2 slices of the bread with the cream cheese mixture in between. Repeat until you have used all the bread. Place flat side down in the pan. It will be a tight fit.

  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over the bread slices, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • The next morning, preheat oven to 350. In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and orange juice. Heat until bubbling. Pour over bread and egg mixture.

  • Bake uncovered for almost one hour. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
