Also I used sweet potatoes instead of potatoes which I'm sure would be delicious also. I will definitely make this again. Thanks Missy. Helpful (1) Easy Cilantro-Lime Rice 09/07/2023 Really easy and delicious. I didn't have any corn so left that out which I would prefer to do in the future as well. I used Argorio Rice instead of Basmati. I served this with beef tacos, steamed cauliflower, and fresh pared English cucumbers from the garden to my daughter and her family. She served peach cobbler for dessert, such a great meal. Everyone but my youngest grandson loved the rice.
