Simple and delicious! This is the best way to cook fresh yellow squash.

Easy, delicious, and special enough for company. The fruit cooks down some during baking, so I use a bit extra raspberries. Ramekins that are eight to ten ounces are perfect for this.

This is a great basic recipe for pot roast and vegetables, just as I remember from my childhood. I cook the meat 15 minutes longer in the first stage. And we like chunks of onion rather than diced. I buy a Choice grade of chuck roast.

This dessert has become a family favorite. We especially like it made with peaches (frozen, defrosted), and cinnamon and pecans. Fits into a 7 X 11 inch dish perfectly.

I made the recipe as written. It was OK. The Provolone adds a smoky taste which seemed out of place, and the sour cream broke down and made the dish a bit watery.

Previous review should say "butter cake" not bitter cake!!
