Comfort food that was actually pretty good. Kind of like a Shepherds Pie with fish. Doctored up the mashed potatoes with more butter, milk, s & p and garlic. Added cheese to milk sauce. Used half&half because that is what I had.

Made this using large frozen shrimp which I sauted in butter/garlic on stove before adding to orange sauce. The sauce did not thicken (even with the addition of marmalade). Tangy, "orangey" sauce which is not overly sweet. Everyone liked. A nice fresh spring type dish.

Easy and Good! The best combo for a fast dinner. I always like a good recipe using ground turkey. It does make up a lot, but, great for leftovers. I am sure I totally messed up the spices...I think I confused curry for cumin, but, still tasted fine! Did not use whole bunch of cilantro and parsely...maybe under half. Oh, and I only added 2.5 cups of chicken broth per other reviewers. Served in a bowl w/a dallop of plain Greek yogurt!

Used for a chicken pot pie crust. Because of time restraints only could refrigerate for about 30 min. Not enough time--still too soft. Ended up rolling between waxed paper and putting in freezer for about 10 minutes so I could peel off. It was not a great looking crust, but, was very flakey and very good, none the less. Will definitely make again but, will allow for 4 hours as recipe calls for.

Made these for a large crowd. Didn't really make any changes in recipe. Super easy to put together and I also liked the fact that I didn't have to use Cream of Soup mixture! It isn't my favorite enchilada recipe, but, it was great for a crowd. I actually made ahead in 9x13 pans and froze, unbaked. Everyone raved about how good they where!

Thought this was pretty good. A very nice subtle rosemary flavored cream sauce. I made it because I happen to have most of the ingredients and didn't have to use cream of chicken soup! Changes: used orzo (because I didn't have rice)...I thought the orzo was good with it. Used fresh mushrooms (didn't have canned). Doubled the amount of green pepper and cut in strips. Added more rosemary (I'm sure fresh rosemary would be wonderful!). Was tempted to add onion, but, thought it might fight with the subtle rosemary flavor....so, left it out.
