Was asked to make drop sugar cookies for a wedding, and I'm thrilled with the results. Used a stand mixer and creamed the butter and sugar at least 3 minutes, scraping down the bowl a few times. I rolled the cookie dough balls in Target's Favorite Day White Shimmer Sugar. Baked for 9 minutes and left on pan 2 minutes. Family approved!
