Callie Nash is the Test Kitchen Director at Dotdash Meredith Food Studios in Birmingham, AL, where she leads a team of over a dozen Recipe Tester/Developers in the production of culinary content for Dotdash Meredith’s portfolio of brands, including Southern Living, Food & Wine, Allrecipes, Eatingwell, Real Simple, and People among others. She has nearly 15 years of experience in test kitchens and food media.

Callie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University in 2007 with a B.S. in Business Administration. She acquired a Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu while studying abroad in Sydney, Australia in 2009. After a brief stint as a pastry chef at a James Beard Award-winning restaurant, Callie began her career as a test kitchen professional in 2010 and assumed the role of Portfolio Manager in 2016 before becoming Test Kitchen Director. Throughout her career, she has created hundreds of original recipes for both print and digital publications and has overseen the production of thousands more.
