Anna is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has worked as a recipe developer, tester, and writer in the food world for close to 15 years. Anna was born in Russia and moved to the United States when she was 13. Her passion for food took her around the country and landed her in Seattle where she worked as a culinary instructor, a video producer, and a content producer in food media. These days, Anna works as a content program manager for a private Amazon food brand. Outside of work, Anna shares her culinary adventures with the goal of making you hungry and inspired.

Experience: Anna Berman is a multitalented food stylist and editor with experience producing and starring in close to 1,000 culinary videos. Anna's culinary knowledge and expertise in writing and social media contributed to engagement and positive feedback as well as overall project success for companies such as Allrecipes.com, Whole Foods, and Sur La Table.

Anna has also worked as a recipe developer, writer, and editor for national cooking magazines including Fitness, Southern Living, Cuisines at Home, and EatingWell. Her experience spans small business, corporate, and agency environments, and she created an online presence through her blog, Snacking in the Kitchen, and its social media accounts.

After attending the University of Washington for her undergraduate degree in economics and political science, Anna studied culinary arts at The Culinary Institute of America in Upstate New York. Prior to working in the culinary field, Anna worked as an economist for the Federal Reserve, researching local economic indicators and writing analysis papers. Growing up in a family where everyone enjoyed cooking, it wasn't until after years of working at the Federal Reserve that Anna finally pursued her culinary passion professionally.

Education: Anna graduated cum laude with her bachelor's in economics and political science from the University of Washington where she was also on the Dean's List. She received an associate degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
