Food News and Trends Topo Chico Finally Rolls Out New Hard Seltzers The stronger sparkling waters were announced last summer, but we aren't getting them until this spring. By Kimberly Holland Published on March 22, 2021 Last July, Topo Chico, which is owned by Chicago-based Molson Coors Beverage Company, told fans their coveted mineral waters could expect a buzzed-up alternative in the coming months. Now, it's finally happening. The new bubbly beverages have a 4.7 percent ABV, which is pretty stout for a purified sparkling water with added minerals. Expect four flavors of the hard seltzers: Strawberry Guava, Tangy Lemon Lime, Tropical Mango, and Exotic Pineapple. You'll be able to pick up a four-flavor 12-can variety pack; two 24-ounce singles; or one 16-ounce single can. Topo Chico Unfortunately, not all of us will be able to sip these seltzers as soon as March 29. Some parts of the country will have to keep waiting, as the Topo Chico Hard Seltzer will only be available in nine states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Texas) and six metro areas (Washington, D.C., Seattle/Vancouver, Northern New Jersey, New York City, Chicago, and Boston).
