Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 9 ounces frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapple, and mango)

  • 8 ounces coconut water

  • 1 blackberry (optional)

  • 1 strawberry (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour coconut water into a Vitamix blender. Add frozen fruit. Slowly turn the blender to Variable 10, then to High 10. Blend for 45 seconds.

  2. Pour smoothie into glass; garnish with strawberry and blackberry if desired.

Cook's Note:

The blender you have will make a difference. The Vitamix is a high powered blender. If you have a standard blender, you’ll need to blend for a longer time.
