Your customer representative did a wonderful job of explaining the advantages of your scale preventing filter for our on demand water heater system. Should the filter meet up to expectations you will have a totally satisfied long-term customer here in Florida. I do wish the filter was available locally such as Lowes.

Called up told the rep which water system I had and he hooked me up with the right filters at a reasonable price. Fast shipping ordered on a Sunday go them the next Thursday no hassle's. Very satisfied.
